What we offer

1-on-1 Personal Training

 Personal training is scheduled by appointment. MadDog offers  30, 45 and 60 minute sessions. These sessions are tailored to your needs; whether it's weight loss, general strength or sport performance. 

Small Group Training

Exercising with friends is always more fun! Office pals, family groups, gym buddies, best friends or your significant others are all welcome. Lets hold each other accountable and train!

Boot Camp Classes

Our group classes are high intensity and run between 30 to 45 minutes. Each class we have a different focus and you will NEVER have the same workout! We combine strength training with metabolic training for one of the best workouts around!
